Izumi Tonic Water by Shu Uemura is a revitalising leave-in hair serum that is infused with rice water. Inspired by yu su ru, an age-old Japanese beauty tradition that bathes the hair in rice water. Mineral-rich rice water is paired with naturally fortifying ceramides. The light-weightgel-cream fortifies the hair from roots to ends, protects against hair breakage and improves hair manageability. For visibly more fullness, texture and silky shine.

Application:
