Description
The Blonde Brilliance Treatment Treasure by NEQI is a colour-pigmented gloss with lactic acid (AHA) that penetrates deep into the hair and rebuilds it from within. It is specially designed for blonde hair and provides an anti-yellowing effect with a special complex - in just 3 minutes.
Application:
- Apply the treatment to the entire head of hair after shampooing and massaging it in.
- Leave it on for at least 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Follow with a conditioner if required.
