Application:
- Brush brow hairs with the built-in spoolie to reveal sparse areas.
- Draw short, upward strokes in the direction of natural hair growth.
- Run the spoolie through the brows to blend them.
- Finally, set the brows with the In Frame Brow Gel (sold separately).
