Wild blueberries are extremely rich in nutrients and have a high polyphenol content. The blueberries used to make this blueberry powder by i like it clean are harvested once a year at the peak of their ripeness, gently dried and finely ground. The powder is vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.
Recommended dose:
- Stir 1 level tablespoon into water, juice or smoothie daily. You can also use the powder as a baking ingredient or as a topping on yoghurt or muesli.
